What did that van do to her?
TAVARES, Fla. —A Department of Children and Families worker could lose her job after officials said she stripped naked and took a baseball bat to a vehicle.
Tamieka Lewis worked as a Lake County Child Protective Investigator.
Earlier this month, Lewis was arrested in Tavares after a fight with her boyfriend. She allegedly ripped his shirt, flipped a coffee table and then ran outside nude. Officials said Lewis also pounded his work van with a baseball bat.
The incident was not on work time.
DCF calls Lewis' actions an embarrassment to the state.
